Made in Italy with select grapes and aged in oak barrels from Modena, a mineral-rich city in the Emilio-Romagna region, also known as the Food Valley. Our partners have been producing vinegar in various incarnations since the 1600's!
Usage Tips
Don't stop at salad vinaigrette. Balsamic vinegar’s viscous slightly syrupy consistency makes it ideal for drizzling over vegetables, aged cheeses, grilled fish and even fresh fruit or gelato. Its extreme versatility makes it a cornerstone of so many of our favorite family recipes. Try adding Balsamico Suite to the classic English paring of Colston-Bassett Stilton and Port for a sophisticated cheese-as-dessert adventure. Also would be perfect over strawberries and other summer fruits.
