I have to give the topper a one star because it doesn't even have the dowel rod to use with my wood base.
Football topper was broken and the dowel rod was broken off.
I ordered this shirt in a size large. The graphic is very cute, the tshirt itself...not so much. It is an oversized mens tshirt and is very boxy and unflattering. I attempted to contact the owner 3 times via email to initiate a return, per their company policy, and have been completely ghosted. Don't waste your money on this shirt or with this company.
The backpack itself was fine. Matched my weekender bag I had found at a local boutique so I’m happy overall. The problem is, customer service. If I could recommended anything to this small business, it would be better communication.
I tried reaching out multiple times about this tote well after the date it was supposed to get here and never heard a single word. I ordered in May and didn’t receive until the end of July. Thankfully I bought through shop pay and they provided a full refund and pursued payment through your company. I’ll never buy anything from this company again. The tote is great but that has nothing to do with your shop.
I love this skirt! Fits great I ordered my usual size. Get lots of compliments on it!
