The backpack itself was fine. Matched my weekender bag I had found at a local boutique so I’m happy overall. The problem is, customer service. If I could recommended anything to this small business, it would be better communication.
I give the bag “5” star I really love it but as far as this company customer service I give them a “0”. I contacted them several times (to get a shipping update) and never got a response but once I filed a claim with my credit card company I got a shipment confirmation within days.
